Casa 'Spencer' is located within a gated Residential Complex - called 'Residential Luz Bahia' It is 5 minutes walk to the Town Centre with its shops and restaurants and 8 minutes walk to the nearest beach and Promenade.

It comprises 1 Double bedroom, 1 twin room and 1 single with bunk beds - sleeping 6 in total. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. There are terraces front and rear complete with garden furniture. Towels and bed linen are supplied.

It also houses the gas instant water heat Toilet/wash room Terraces front (poolside) & rear with Garden Furniture for 6.
	On the first floor there is:- A double room with wardrobes and draws. A twin room with chest of draws. A single room with full sized, single, Bunk Beds and a built-in wardrobe. All bedrooms have either Ceiling fans or free-standing fan. The Bathroom is equipped with Wash basin, Bath with shower, Toilet and Bidet. Sheets and Towels are supplied. A Laundry and cleaning service is also provided.
