Current Rates & Conditions

Current weekly rates for renting Casa 'Spencer' are as follows:-

• Discount of £50 for a 2 week booking. Please contact us to discuss discounts for longer term bookings.
• Euro rate available - available on request.
• To book, please email or phone us (evenings). £50 deposit, per week is required to secure.
• Balance is required 4 weeks before departure.
• We also require a Breakage deposit of £100, to be paid with the balance to cover any damage - this is refundable within 7 days of the return of the keys, minus the cost of any breakages, should there be any.
• Cancellations:- Up to 2 months before - full refund. Between 2 months and 1 month - Deposit is none refundable. Less than one month - full cost is payable. If someone else can be found for the same time then a full refund will be available.
• During Peak Season Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday. Outside of Peak season start finish days are negotiable.
• The rental charged covers the cost of electricity, water and gas, for the duration of your stay together with cleaning of house & laundering of bed linen/towels at the end of your stay. For bookings of 2 weeks or more a 'mid-stay' clean & laundry change can be arranged at additional cost - approximately € 70.
• The House will be ready after 3 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure please vacate the property by 11:00am to enable preparation for the next guests.
